The "Paraoxonase Activity Measurement Kit" is a redox/anti-aging related marker that allows for the measurement of paraoxonase in samples by detecting paraoxonase activity (paraoxon hydrolysis activity) in the sample. Paraoxonase (PON-1) is an enzyme that exists in the blood bound to apolipoprotein A1 of HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein) and acts as an antioxidant enzyme that demonstrates protective effects against lipoprotein oxidation.
